TIP06 - Specific Events Are Stored In Your Body-Mind
When we remember a specific event from our past, we literally re-create it in our body-mind. Our entire Being is affected. Decide to stop pushing against where you are right now... make your self-statement "I am where I am... I'm okay... and I choose to keep focused on RELIEF."
