To play an audio using the flash player, click the GREEN play icon on the player. The audio will begin to download and start playing. You can pause the player by pressing the green pause icon. You can click and drag the slider control to position to a new starting point in the audio. - The Flash player must be installed on your computer. - Javascript must be active

To download an MP3 file, under Windows you right-click the Download MP3 link and choose "Save target as" and specify a filename for your computer. If you just click the link, the audio will start downloading and then playing in your media player. You can typically choose to save the recording from your media player once downloading is complete. - Audio files are large and can take awhile to download.

To play audios on your MP3 player or iPod, download the audio files as described above to your computer and then use the software that came with your player (or iTunes) to copy the files to your portable player.
