Where do I start?

Hopefully you've been to the member area and looked around a bit. Did any particular articles and audios catch your attention? If so, great! That is your guidance making brighter and shinier those things that are most appropriate for you right now.

You may have noticed that we don't INSIST that you follow the program in one particular path. And you may or may not be comfortable with that. Here's the story:

One of our PRIMARY goals with this program is to evoke and encourage your own emotional guidance. So expect our instructions to be more suggestions and things to consider rather than hard and fast "do this to get there."

Why? Well, imagine that you want go from where you are right this minute to Central Park in New York City. For each and every one of you, the journey will be different! Instructions for someone in Florida are different from North Dakota and from the United Kingdom.

Your vibrational journey to well-being is also unique. What we're going to do is help you connect with your own guidance system, teach you how to monitor and consciously direct your own vibrational trend, and support you as you release the limiting beliefs and emotional blocks. Learn these skills... and you will become a master of emotional and vibrational self-management... and we'll use the relief you feel as a sign that we're headed towards what you most desire.

Suggestion #1: If you do not yet know the very basics of EFT, check out our EFT Help section, particularly the diagram of tapping points found on page 7 of the EFT Getting Started Guide.

Suggestion #2: Look at the Pain Relief Coaching topics, pick one that captures your attention, and listen to it. Or not... and choose instead something from another section of the site. YOU'LL BE RIGHT... WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE! <smile>
